Talking can be the first step in helping you to overcome the problems that you face. I offer remote counselling (telephone and online), and outdoor walking therapy.
I am an integrative counsellor trained in Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Transactional Analysis (TA).
